The apostle John wrote in 3rd John verse 4
"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in the truth"
I have to tell you every day of our lives it seems we are always battling for truth.
We battle with our minds, our hearts, our relationships, and the choices we make.
We desire to walk in truth, the truth of Gods word yet it seems the flesh more times than not gets the best of us. I firmly belive as we come to the word of God it is His living voice in written form. We place such high value on others opionions yet when it comes to the word of God we look at it as just another opionion also. The psalmist wrote "Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path". Another verse reads"Your word has given me life". Gods word will always lead us and light up the way as difficult as it might be. My challenge to each of you is open up Gods word and ask Him to personally speak to you through His living and written word.

The Upward Call
The apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 3:14, “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
